During a maintenance service, we update the software for the battery, motor, and display. This prevents software errors and you benefit from system optimizations. Is your bike malfunctioning? We can read the error codes and fix the problem!
Measure battery capacity
Curious about your Bosch battery's capacity? By connecting it to the system for a few hours, we'll determine the current battery capacity compared to its original capacity.
Change views
Is the clock on your display incorrect, is the speed displayed in MPH, or is the display showing a different language? We can easily fix this for you!
Claim warranty
Did you buy your bike from a dealer or secondhand and want to make a warranty claim? We can help you with that too, and you can claim the warranty from Bosch.
Replace battery
Has your battery's range decreased? We supply original Bosch batteries in various wattages. We'll work with you to determine which capacity is sufficient for your needs.
Renew engine
Trouble with a slipping or creaking engine? We'll take care of it for you! We'll determine the cause and then determine the best solution. In some cases, replacing bearings or tightening bolts may be sufficient. In other cases, we'll replace the engine. We'll also check if we're eligible for a warranty or goodwill arrangement.
