Payment can be made by debit card or cash. For on-site delivery, we can also send a payment request.

Our rental location is situated in a residential area in Arnemuiden and can be found at Bereklauwerf 21 in Arnemuiden.

There's a free parking lot a two-minute walk away: Korenbloemlaan 1A, Arnemuiden. From there, you'll enter a residential area where our location is: Bereklauwerf 21, Arnemuiden.

Absolutely. We're happy to deliver your rental bikes to your preferred location, so you can start your cycling adventure right from your accommodation. Delivery and pickup costs €20 within a 10 km radius. For deliveries outside this 10 km radius, a delivery fee applies upon request. Delivering an electric cargo bike is considered a separate delivery, for which a fee of €40 applies within a 10 km radius. For longer distances, please contact us. The e-bikes have a range of approximately 100 km. The electric mother bike and electric cargo bike have a range of approximately 60 km. This, of course, depends on the terrain, weather conditions, and usage. 

You can bring a charger with you free of charge. If you choose this option, you must rent a pannier. The pannier costs €2 per day. This prevents damage to the chargers. With a charger in your pocket, you can enjoy an even longer bike ride.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance or earlier if bad weather is forecast. This applies to weather codes yellow, orange, or red, or if rain is forecast throughout the day.

In case of a breakdown while on the road, we offer two different options. First, you can use our free roadside assistance service. Simply give us a call to let us know and we'll see what we can do to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Our roadside assistance service is free and available (when traffic permits) from Monday to Saturday. Alternatively, you can visit a local bike shop in the area. This way, you can continue your bike ride with peace of mind!

As a renter, you are fully responsible for any damage and/or theft. The renter is responsible for all costs. In some cases, compensation can be arranged through your travel insurance. Please contact your insurer for more information.

In the event of theft of the rental bike, the renter is fully responsible for it and must pay the full price. It's good to know that we provide you with a spare lock free of charge to secure your bikes. This way, you can hit the road with peace of mind!

No, we do not ask for a deposit.
