If you make a purchase in a physical store for products to be delivered later, it is necessary to process certain information in the purchase agreement. The data we process for this purpose includes: your name, initials, delivery and billing address, postal code, city, email address (if applicable), telephone number, description of the item or service, payment method, and whether or not you subscribe to our newsletter/news update.
We are legally required to retain your business records for seven years. This includes the purchase agreement. We have a legitimate interest in retaining your purchase history after this statutory retention period, for warranty purposes and to provide our services. You can, of course, always ask us to delete your data after the statutory retention period has expired.
